A wooden house from the seventies with a dreary garden is transformed and extended. The main
materials are walls of spruce stained matt black (both inside and outside), roof of fibre cement boards and oak floors.

A Rødlandhouse type 114 from 1970 is situated on an attractive site near the sea. Because of a bad foundation the hole house had broken in two leaving a crack in the house and a floor that made you seasick. The ground floor has been upgraded from poor materials to a sober palette. Next step is to renovate the upper floors.
